<strong>Host</strong>/<strong>Host</strong>ess <strong>Training</strong> <strong>Manual</strong>Lost And Foundknowledge of in-house promotions, have just increased our salespotential.All items found are turned into a Manager, and immediately listed inthe Lost and Found Log. Items are then placed in the Lost and Foundarea, as soon as possible, by the Manager.During operating hours, any inquiries made by a guest, regarding lostitems, should be directed to the front door. A Manager or <strong>Host</strong>/<strong>Host</strong>esswill list any guest with a report of a lost item, along with its description,in the Lost and Found Log.<strong>The</strong> log is kept at the host stand. <strong>The</strong> opening <strong>Host</strong>/<strong>Host</strong>ess will pick upthe log at the beginning of the shift, so that they may answer and recordinquiries. Articles found in the facility are kept in the for two weeks;and, if not claimed, they will then be donated to a charitableorganization.TippingTips are never, under any circumstances, accepted by any <strong>Host</strong>personnel, Management and staff alike, for preferred seating placementin waiting lines or any other such "favors." When tips are offered forother services requested at the door, such as passing messages, the tipsare graciously refused and the services requested by the guest areperformed in the normal course of serving our guests.<strong>Wurst</strong> <strong>Haus</strong> German Deli & Restaurant 34 8/25/2006
