FEATURE / CLUB WIDE SURVEYThe Club has completed its bi-yearly Club Wide Survey in November2011. For greater data accuracy, the survey was revamped this yearwith the introduction of an additional satisfactory level “Neutral” whichcannabalised the “Satisfactory” factor as compared to the previousSurvey. Despite that, we are pleased to announce that the overallsatisfaction level of CSC Members remained encouraging.As the survey was conducted to measure the satisfaction level, all openendedcomments were forwarded to the relevant committees for their1necessary review.
