LOCATION<br />

Looe is a small coastal town, fishing port and civil parish in the former Caradon district of South East Cornwall. Looe is in fact<br />

two towns, East Looe and West Looe, connected by a bridge across the River Looe. The towns are approximately 20 miles west<br />

of the City of Plymouth and 7 miles South of Liskeard.<br />

West Looe is situated along the steep sided valley of the River Looe which flows between East and West Looe to the sea,<br />

The Harbour Moon is a successful and well supported<br />

<strong>com</strong>munity pub with a strong local following boosted by the<br />

large influx of tourists in the summer months. Currently run<br />

by the owner with one full time member of staff and the<br />

help of a small team of part-timers. The pub is open from<br />

noon until midnight seven days a week.<br />

The Inn is well known for excellent real ales, and good,<br />

home cooked pub grub, with a varied menu including fish<br />

and chips, scampi, curry, jacket potatoes, pizza and<br />

sandwiches. Hot Stone Steaks are also available and are<br />

ever popular. The spilt in trade is approximately 60/40 in<br />

favour of food.<br />

The pub hosts two pool teams and also shows Sky Sports<br />

on flat screen TVs.<br />

TENURE<br />

The Harbour Moon is held on an Enterprise Inns lease with<br />
