LOCATION<br />
Looe is a small coastal town, fishing port and civil parish in the former Caradon district of South East Cornwall. Looe is in fact<br />
two towns, East Looe and West Looe, connected by a bridge across the River Looe. The towns are approximately 20 miles west<br />
of the City of Plymouth and 7 miles South of Liskeard.<br />
West Looe is situated along the steep sided valley of the River Looe which flows between East and West Looe to the sea,<br />
beside a sandy beach. Offshore to the south lies the picturesque St Georges Island, <strong>com</strong>monly known as Looe Island. The<br />
popular Looe Valley Railway Line runs from the town to Liskeard to the north alongside the Looe estuary.<br />
Looe is a popular tourist destination town which swells during the summer months. The Harbour Moon is located right alongside<br />
the river, in a prominent roadside position with fantastic river views.<br />
DESCRIPTION<br />
A substantial, two/three storey detached building with car park and outside trade areas, fronting the River Looe. The<br />
