Prepare a 10 year implementation plan, taking into E2<strong>and</strong> Staffaccount the priorities outlined in Table 6. Review theimplementation plan annually, <strong>and</strong> prepare an annualprogress report.2. Subject to <strong>Department</strong>al priorities <strong>and</strong> funding, E3provide adequate staff to implement the <strong>Matilda</strong> <strong>Bay</strong><strong>Reserve</strong> Management Plan <strong>and</strong> to protect <strong>and</strong>maintain the <strong>Reserve</strong>.24. Community 1. Consider the role the public can play in E2Liaisonimplementing this plan.25. Term <strong>of</strong> this Plan 1. Review the implementation <strong>of</strong> the plan annually, prior E2to preparing the works program for the followingyear. The review should identify whichrecommendations have been achieved <strong>and</strong> to whatdegree, <strong>and</strong> any new information which may affectmanagement.2. Realign Australia 11 Drive <strong>and</strong> develop spur roads to E3lease areas <strong>and</strong> CALM Headquarters.6. Negotiate with relevant authorities regarding E2installation <strong>of</strong> vehicle slowing devices on HackettDrive.7. Consider a roundabout junction at Australia 11 Drive. E28. Consider building a ferry jetty on the <strong>Reserve</strong>. E310. Consider creating a beach for swimmers at each picnic E2area.13. In consultation with Bikewest, widen the multi- E3purpose path to three metres <strong>and</strong> relocate northernsection <strong>of</strong> path to ensure safe cycling <strong>and</strong> walking.14. Repair the two swimming jetties. E39. Access 4. Encourage public use <strong>of</strong> car parking facilities at UWA E2on weekends <strong>and</strong> during holidays.10. Services <strong>and</strong> 1. Investigate installing master electricity meters for all E2Utilities<strong>Reserve</strong> lease holders.3.
