Protect trees <strong>of</strong> special significance on the <strong>Reserve</strong>, Elfor example, those planted on special occasions.18. Pests <strong>and</strong> Weeds 1. Inform the local community <strong>and</strong> visitors to the El<strong>Reserve</strong> <strong>of</strong> the Silver Gull problem through anappropriate education program, emphasising thatgulls should not be fed.2. Liaise with the Agriculture Protection Board, E2leaseholders <strong>and</strong> local authorities regarding pest <strong>and</strong>weed control in the <strong>Reserve</strong>.3. When resources allow, annually spray Onehunga in E2limited areas.21. Information, 4. Install <strong>and</strong> maintain appropriate information on the ElInterpretation <strong>and</strong> <strong>Reserve</strong> in accordance with the Interpretation Plan.Education 7.
