122North Norfolk Site Allocations12 Allocations in Service Villagesthat could be used in association with village hall activities. It would also enable the desireto extend the village hall car park to be realised and some additional spaces could beincluded in any detailed proposals.12.2.7 The site fronts onto Beach Road and the Highway Authority has advised that acceptablevehicle access can be achieved. The site is within reasonable walking distance of all villagefacilities and a footpath along the site frontage already exists, although this would need tobe widened to Disability Discrimination Act compliance to encourage full use. A site specific flood risk assessmentwill be required at the time of application to consider all forms of flooding to and from thesite.12.2.9 There are no surface water sewers in the vicinity of the site.
