between <strong>the</strong> MCMs and <strong>the</strong> cooling plates glued on top. As long as only a few<br />
MCMs are affected no fur<strong>the</strong>r action is required since <strong>the</strong> MCMs get sufficiently cooled<br />
by <strong>the</strong> <strong>the</strong>rmal coupling between <strong>the</strong> MCM and <strong>the</strong> readout board and by air cooling.<br />
<strong>The</strong> readout chamber in <strong>the</strong> last stack (MCM column 60 – 75) was switched <strong>of</strong>f. <strong>The</strong><br />
MCMs without a score value in <strong>the</strong> o<strong>the</strong>r stacks had a non-working temperature sensor<br />
during this measurement and were automatically excluded. Figure 6.9 shows a<br />
second measurement <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> same layer.<br />
