To sanction running rate contract for Additional Chief Engineer Full powers to sanction division wise rateworks to be executed under piece workcontracts for one year at a timesystem on 'Piece Work Agreement' aftercalling division wise tenders for theNote:-1The procedure mentioned in Rulespecific purpose323 of P.W.F. & A.R. shall be followedstrictly and agreement will be executed inprescribed from.18. To sanction excution of work 1. Works Committee Rs.250.00 lacsdepartmentally. 2. Chief Engineer Rs.125.00 lacs3. Addl. Chief Engineer Rs.70.00 lacs4. Dy. Housing Commissiner Rs.10.00 lacs5. Resident Engineer Rs.3.00 lacsNote:-1 For work done beyond stipulatedoriginal period of completion of the work ora portion of work (Reach), the payment ofescalation will be made after sanction offinal extension in completion period by thecompetent authority.Note:-2 The escalation will be garaned asper conditions laid down in the agreementin relevant clauses.Note:-3 No escalation will be granted onthe basis of provisional price indices orprovisional time exterision.Note:-1 The Works Committee willexercise powers in consultation withFA&CAO of the Board.Note:-2.
