Bible Study "Grapevine"<br />

Grapevine meets every Thursday morning for Bible study on<br />
specific topics such as prayer, how to come closer to God, and<br />
the basics <strong>of</strong> Christianity. Regardless <strong>of</strong> your religious<br />
background or church denomination, we invite you to join us for<br />
fellowship and teaching every Thursday 9:30-11:30 am at the new<br />
ICF building (parking in rear), Hohemark Strasse 75, Oberursel.<br />
Childcare is provided. <strong>The</strong>re will be no meeting <strong>November</strong> 16,<br />

This is an international group <strong>of</strong> approximately 25 women with a<br />
shared interest in studying ceramics. <strong>The</strong> group was founded in<br />
1992 and is associated with the AWCT, the British <strong>Club</strong> <strong>of</strong> the<br />
<strong>Taunus</strong>, and the Wiesbaden British Women. We usually meet on<br />
the last Friday <strong>of</strong> the month from September until June. Our<br />
program includes excursions to ceramic manufacturers, museum<br />
collections, and current exhibitions, as well as members' talks and<br />
guest speakers. Detailed program notices are sent out regularly.<br />

<strong>The</strong> Empty Nesters are a group <strong>of</strong> women <strong>of</strong> all ages and<br />
backgrounds; who can plan activities without children or the<br />
restraints <strong>of</strong> school schedules. We are a Social Group that enjoys<br />
friendship and fun in a variety <strong>of</strong> adventures throughout each<br />
month. We take day trips, tours, plan luncheons, walks, shopping,<br />
movies, etc…. We also have a weekly (Wednesday) social bridge<br />
group that's willing to take on beginners. Our group also plans<br />
periodical "Couple" events.<br />

Equipment Loan is a Mothers' Corner initiative that is open to all<br />
AWCT/BCT members. This service is for the benefit <strong>of</strong> anyone<br />
who is entertaining visitors with infants/toddlers. If you are new<br />
to the <strong>Taunus</strong> region and are still waiting for your shipment to<br />
arrive, or if you are having guests and need a highchair, travel<br />
cot, car seat, or stroller (for twins as well), we might have what<br />
you need.<br />
