Mostrecently she supported the work <strong>of</strong> the President<strong>and</strong> Vice President <strong>of</strong> a D.C. construction firm.Ms. Walker has years <strong>of</strong> experience in managingall aspects <strong>of</strong> a corporate <strong>of</strong>fice.David Warner, Pr<strong>of</strong>essional StaffDavid Warner began his career with theFederal government in 1988 as a budget <strong>and</strong> programanalyst for the Office <strong>of</strong> the Secretary <strong>of</strong> theDepartment <strong>of</strong> Health <strong>and</strong> Human Services inWashington, D.C. He worked principally on theadministrative budget for the Medicare program<strong>and</strong> the program <strong>and</strong> administrative budgets forMedicaid <strong>and</strong> the Social Security Administration.Mr. Warner transferred to the Social SecurityAdministration in 1995. Until 1998, he served asa senior social insurance specialist <strong>and</strong> executive<strong>of</strong>ficer for the Deputy Commissioner for Legislation<strong>and</strong> Congressional Affairs. In 1998, Mr. Warnercompleted a developmental assignment as pr<strong>of</strong>essionalstaff to the Social Security Subcommittee <strong>of</strong>the House Committee on Ways <strong>and</strong> Means. Sincejoining the staff <strong>of</strong> the Social Security AdvisoryBoard in 1999, he has served as pr<strong>of</strong>essional staffto the Board.
