Mostrecently she supported the work of the Presidentand Vice President of a D.C. construction firm.Ms. Walker has years of experience in managingall aspects of a corporate office.David Warner, Professional StaffDavid Warner began his career with theFederal government in 1988 as a budget and programanalyst for the Office of the Secretary of theDepartment of Health and Human Services inWashington, D.C. He worked principally on theadministrative budget for the Medicare programand the program and administrative budgets forMedicaid and the Social Security Administration.Mr. Warner transferred to the Social SecurityAdministration in 1995. Until 1998, he served asa senior social insurance specialist and executiveofficer for the Deputy Commissioner for Legislationand Congressional Affairs. In 1998, Mr. Warnercompleted a developmental assignment as professionalstaff to the Social Security Subcommittee ofthe House Committee on Ways and Means. Sincejoining the staff of the Social Security AdvisoryBoard in 1999, he has served as professional staffto the Board.
