The <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Wisconsin</strong>-Stevens Point is represented by several<strong>of</strong>ficial identifying graphics. Each has specific applications and youruse <strong>of</strong> any <strong>of</strong> these must follow the guidelines contained within thisdocument.Primary brand (university logo)The complete <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Wisconsin</strong>-Stevens Point logo is comprised<strong>of</strong> two elements: the UW-Stevens Point symbol and the word mark.The complete logo using the symbol and the stacked word mark isconsidered the primary brand. The symbol combined with secondarydivision or unit is considered a brand extension (see page 45 for brandextensions).The university logo can only appear as black and white, purple, reversed(white) on a dark background or in full color (purple and gold).Word markThe word mark is a graphic element <strong>of</strong> the complete university logo. Theword mark must not be recreated in other fonts, resized or rearrangedin any way other than those articulated within the university brandingsystem.
