Laminatesalso protect artwork from damage due to handling, rolling and shipping.In high humidity or moisture areas such as in bathrooms, kitchens andaround swimming pools, laminating films are preferred to glass dueto the probability of condensation behind glass-protected pieces.ADDED VALUEFADE RESISTANTThere are a variety of heatseal surface finishes and texturesavailable with which to enhance artwork and graphics. In additionto gloss, satin matt and matt finishes, our selection also includeslinen, canvas and sand textures. Lamination can also deepen andbrighten the colours of your artwork as well as reduce glare underchallenging lighting conditions.UNBREAKABLEDue to the innate qualities of overlaminating film, unlike glass it cannotbe broken. Therefore where safety is a factor, especially in shoppingcentres, airports, schools, retirement homes, children’s rooms,hospitals and other public places, lamination is superior to glass.LIGHTWEIGHTAll of our heatseal laminates incorporate UV absorbers and UVstabilisers into the formulation, which prevent film degradation andimage fade.SPECIAL APPLICATIONSLamination is the only solution for artwork to be displayed without theuse of a frame - especially plaq-mounted images.
