Toscano, PrincetonJunction, New Jersey, President of Paulaur Corporation, and St. Francis Prep Class of1953, this permanently endowed scholarship fund will aim to ease the burden oftuition for four (4) Prep students during any given academic year--one freshman, onesophomore, one junior, and one senior.Each student selected for the scholarship will receive a tuition-free education forthat academic year; with the award being renewable in each subsequent year providedthe student remains in good academic standing.The criteria used to determine the scholarship recipients in any given year willinclude:• Financial need (with preference given to a student with a siblingor siblings attending St. Francis Prep);• Superior academic performance and the maintenance of a highVincent A.
