Toscano, PrincetonJunction, New Jersey, President of Paulaur Corporation, and <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Francis</strong> Prep Class of1953, this permanently endowed scholarship fund will aim to ease the burden oftuition for four (4) Prep students during any given academic year--one freshman, onesophomore, one junior, and one senior.Each student selected for the scholarship will receive a tuition-free education forthat academic year; with the award being renewable in each subsequent year providedthe student remains in good academic standing.The criteria used to determine the scholarship recipients in any given year willinclude:• Financial need (with preference given to a student with a siblingor siblings attending <strong>St</strong>. <strong>Francis</strong> Prep);• Superior academic performance and the maintenance of a highVincent A.
