AirMatic® AirJet® Sprayer Control*AirMatic controller is the key tomaintaining consistent droplet sizeThe AirMatic controller regulates air flow to the AirJet nozzles.It senses changes in the liquid pressure and adjusts air flowaccordingly. This enables the system to maintain a consistentdroplet size when ground speed and/or application rate changes.With the AirMatic controller, regulating droplet size is virtuallyfoolproof. The system gives information needed to managechanging conditions.n Five droplet size settings. Choose among very fine, fine,medium, coarse or very coarse droplets. As conditions vary,droplet size can be instantly switched without leaving thesprayer cab or changing spray tips.n Alarm mode. When the system detects a variation in liquidpressure beyond the set pressure-to-air relationship, a flashingmessage on the display alerts the operator to “Drive Slower” or“Drive Faster.” Likewise, an “Increase RPM” message will flash ifthe air compressor is working too slowly.n Wind measurement. An optional anemometer measures windstrength and advises the operator when it’s too windy to spray.n RPM measurement. An optional RPM input measuresair compressor speed for on-the-go monitoring ofcompressor performance.n Full compatibility.
