B Style Electric Motors and ValvesShutoff/Control MotorsBoom Control motors are 22 RPM for344B series (0.7 second shutoff valves)and 25 RPM for 346B and 356 series (0.6second shutoff valves) for 12 VDC systems.Available with E or EC series motors withDIN or CABLE versions. E type motors workwith DPDT (double pole, double throw)switch. EC type motors work with simpleSPST (single pole, single throw) on/offswitch and are compatible with allsprayer controls.Current draw less than 2 amps(1.7 amps at 40 in-lbs.).Electrical connectors can be orderedwith a standard number. Three speeds are offered at thistime: 1 RPM, 3 RPM and 6 RPM. The 1 RPMspeed is used mostly in manual systems; it istoo slow for automated rate control. The othertwo speeds are used in automated systems.The 3 RPM is the most popular and opens thevalve to the maximum flow in about 6 secondsfor the RL valve and about 10 seconds for thePR valves.
