a) shall have the experience of conducting Demographic or socio-economic survey ona sample size of 5000 households anywhere in India.b) shall have the experience of conducting survey of land details over a sample sizeof at-least 1000 households.c) shall have the experience of conducting survey of superstructures/infrastructuresover a sample size of at-least 1000 households.d) shall have the experience of capturing of images and preparation of PICs of atleast 5000 people in any type of work anywhere in India.3.3. The Bidder shall have to submit authentic documentary evidences as regards the executionof projects as mentioned in 5.2 (a), (b), (c) and (d) in the form of work order, paymentdetails or credential certificates issued by competent authorities.3.4 The Bidder should provide the details mentioned above based on its own experienceor its subsidiary (ies) or its parent company. Experience of the Bidder's associatecompany (ies) will not be considered for evaluation of the Experience of the Bidder.3.5 The Bidder shall also meet the following financial criteria:a) Net asset of at-least Rs. 5.00 crores in the last financial year ending March, 31,2012b) Average turnover of Rs. 1.00 crores in the same trade or business in the last 3financial years ending March 31, 2012.3.6 The Bidder should provide infomation regarding the above based on audited annualaccounts for the respective financial years. The financial year would be the same asthe one normally followed by the Bidder for its annual financial statement.3.7 The audited annual financial statements of the Bidder for the last three financialyears must accompany the Proposal.3.8 In case the annual accounts for the latest financial year are not audited and thereforethe Bidder could not make it available, the Bidder shall give an undertaking to thateffect and the statutory auditor shall certify the same. In such a case, the Bidder mayprovide the un-audited Annual Accounts (with Schedules) for the latest financialyear.
