5. SEALING AND MAKING PROPOSAL5.1 There shall be four main envelopes Containing Part-I (A) Submission Containing Part-I (B) Submission Containing Part-II Submission Earnest Money Deposit. 5.2 All the four envelopes are to be sealed and put inside a single outer envelope.5.3 The Bidder shall then seal the Outer envelope and mark as “ORIGINAL”.5.4 Each of the envelopes, both outer and inner, must be super scribed with thefollowing information:Name and Address of Bidder :Contact person name and phone/fax number and email :Proposal for the Project:“Conducting Demographic Survey, Survey of Homestead Land Details, Survey ofunauthorised habitants, Survey of Superstructures/ Other infrastructures inHomestead Land, Valuation, Preparation of Photo Identity Cards (PIC) and DigitalDatabase in respect of Demographic Survey & Valuation of all the householdsresiding in identified unstable locations in the coalfields under the leasehold ofBCCL as per the Master Plan approved by the Govt. of India.”5.5 If the envelope is not sealed and marked as instructed above, JRDA assumes noresponsibility for the misplacement or premature opening of the contents of theProposal submitted and such Proposal, may, at the sole discretion of JRDA, berejected.5.6 The then sealed proposal be submitted to the following address within the stipulateddate and time either by hand/registered post/courier.
