Note :1. To be executed by the lead Member in case of a Consortium2. In case of Bidders who are not resident in Indiathe Power of Attorney may besubmitted on plain paper attested by any authorised officer of the Embassy ofIndia and duly stamped by the Department of stamps & registration, Govt. ofJharkhand.3. The mode of execution of the Power of Attorney should be in accordance withprocedure if any, laid down by the applicable law and the charter documents ofthe executer(s) and when it is so required the same should be under commonseal affixed in accordance with the required procedure.4. Also, wherever required, the Bidder should submit for verification the extract ofthe charter documents and document such as a resolution / Power of attorney infavour of the person executing this Power of Attorney for the delegate of powerhereunder on behalf of the Bidder.5. In case an authorised Director of the Bidder signs the proposal a certified copyof the appropriate resolution conveying such authority may be enclosed in lieu ofthe Power of Attorney.Page 28 of 52
