discovered that the survey data has been shared with any third party except the selectedBidder and the Authority or the data has been tampered or materially varied or incompletein some respect, JRDA shall have the sole discretion to take any punitive step asdeemed fit.17. PROJECT SUPERVISORThe selected Bidder will have to designate one of their official as the Project Supervisor whowill remain in overall charge of supervision of all components of the project work and at alltimes maintain liaison with the Authority. He will brief JRDA about the progress of the worktime to time and keep the Authority infomed about the difficulties faced by them duringimplementation of the Project. JRDA may arrange for some training to the field staff to bedeployed by the Agency for survey work depending on the necessity and if such training isorganized it shall be the responsibility of the Project Supervisor to ensure the presence of allthe field staff in such training program. He will arrange to get all the formats ratified byJRDA before commencement of the data entry work. He will also obtain clearance fromJRDA regarding appointment of the Valuer. It shall be his responsibility to submit timely allthe survey formats, the PIC, data backups, valuation details etc. to the Authority. The Biddershall give the details of such Project Supervisor in pt. 3 of the “Details of Bidder” formatgiven in ANNEXURE – II.18. PAYMENT METHODOLOGYAs the demographic & land survey work, survey of institutional details, collection of optiondetails and measurement of structures in appropriate cases, valuation of structures in relevantcases, preparation of PIC s and compilation and submission of data to the Authority willhave to be done in an integrated framework, payment will be released only on completion ofall components of work impeccably in respect of one unstable location. If anomaly is foundin the submitted forms and data backup or in the corresponding PIC s, the Agency will haveto rectify those mistakes at their own expenses and after proper checking of the deliverablesof one particular unstable location by JRDA, payment in respect of that location willbe released.Page 21 of 52
