It would be important to consider a few of <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>dicatorsperta<strong>in</strong><strong>in</strong>g to <strong>the</strong>se aspects <strong>and</strong> assess <strong>the</strong> extent to which <strong>the</strong> <strong>in</strong>equality <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> health <strong>and</strong>educational outcomes as also <strong>in</strong> <strong>the</strong> access to basic amenities are responsible for <strong>the</strong> deficits <strong>in</strong>our achievements for <strong>the</strong> MDGs.3.
