J3. Windows The original windows are to be retained and restored.<br />
New casement/French windows can be added subject<br />
to the design and material matching those of the front<br />
facade upper storey windows. To refer to “Specific<br />
Facade Restoration <strong>Guidelines</strong>” of the subject building.<br />
New internal elements such as staircase landing, wall<br />
and partition cannot abut the window openings and<br />
vents.<br />
J4. Enclosure Original decorative or ornamental features, if any, at<br />
the airwell are to be retained and restored.<br />
The existing windows/openings in only one of the three<br />
sides of the airwell, excluding the existing party wall,<br />
can be fully walled up.<br />
