The stakeholders which fall into Boxes A, B and C are the keystakeholders of the project - those who can significantlyinfluence the project, or are most important if the objectivesare to be met. For the implications of each box see ExerciseSheet 2.4.Identifyingassumptions and risksabout stakeholdersProcess projects are often particularly affected by stakeholderinteractions and responses to project activities.
