You questionyour own conventions of making; challengeyour own assumptions about your work;innovate with materials, processes,techniques and ideas; and emerge from <strong>the</strong>postgraduate experience with a renewedsense of personal vision.The course team are practising researchers,involved in a range of textile practices,exhibiting and publishing internationally.You benefit from our links with establishedartists, designers, studio workshops andgalleries. The Craft Study Centre, a purposebuiltmuseum, research centre and gallery<strong>for</strong> <strong>the</strong> crafts is based at <strong>UCA</strong> <strong>Farnham</strong>.Stage 1Plan your exploratory projectwhilst developing research,communication andpresentation methods.Stage 2Introduces a professionalcontext <strong>for</strong> your research.You also complete a reflectiveproject that includesprofessional practice and awork placement opportunity.Stage 3Your final project represents<strong>the</strong> culmination of your studiesand <strong>for</strong>ms an exposition of <strong>the</strong>central ideas and concepts youhave developed throughout<strong>the</strong> course.
