AccommodationWe offer a range of accommodationat each campus to suit your needsand budget.<strong>UCA</strong> CanterburyOur sites offer flats and houses wi<strong>the</strong>nsuite and standard single studybedrooms <strong>for</strong> 170 students. Ian DuryHouse is on campus and some studybedrooms have been adapted <strong>for</strong>disabled use. Hotham Court andRiverdale House are about a 30 minutewalk from campus, a 20 minute walkfrom <strong>the</strong> city centre and a five minutewalk from a large supermarket.<strong>UCA</strong> EpsomOur sites offer flats and houses wi<strong>the</strong>nsuite and standard single studybedrooms <strong>for</strong> 220 students. Worple Roadand <strong>the</strong> newly built Wilber<strong>for</strong>ce Courtaccommodation is on campus and somestudy bedrooms have been adapted <strong>for</strong>disabled use. The flats at Ashley Avenueare situated in Epsom town centreand <strong>the</strong>re are flats and two houses atWoodcote Side about a 20 minute walkfrom <strong>the</strong> campus, supermarket andtown centre.<strong>UCA</strong> <strong>Farnham</strong>Our sites offer flats and houses withsingle and shared study bedrooms <strong>for</strong>370 students. There are a small numberof ensuite bedrooms. The Main Halland <strong>the</strong> award-winning Student Villageare on campus. Some rooms in <strong>the</strong>Student Village have been adapted<strong>for</strong> disabled use.<strong>UCA</strong> MaidstoneOur site offers flats with single studybedrooms <strong>for</strong> 134 students. WestreeCourt is within a 10 minute walk fromboth <strong>the</strong> town centre and <strong>the</strong> campus.Two study bedrooms have been adapted<strong>for</strong> disabled use.<strong>UCA</strong> RochesterOur site offers flats with single studybedrooms <strong>for</strong> around 215 students.Doust Way is located by <strong>the</strong> river and isabout a five minute walk from Rochesterstation, <strong>the</strong> town centre and <strong>the</strong> campus.Two study bedrooms have beenadapted <strong>for</strong> disabled use.How to applyOnce you have <strong>for</strong>mally accepted anoffer of a place on a course at <strong>UCA</strong>, youwill be able to access <strong>the</strong> applicantportal <strong>for</strong> in<strong>for</strong>mation aboutaccommodation and an application<strong>for</strong>m.The demand <strong>for</strong> accommodation differseach year and we are not able toguarantee you a place. Priority is given tonew students pursuing a full-time coursewho live <strong>the</strong> fur<strong>the</strong>st distance from <strong>the</strong>irchosen campus and whose applicationsare considered in <strong>the</strong> first allocation.We also provide in<strong>for</strong>mation on privaterented accommodation.
