70. Should the late player not arrive at all, or arrive after 30 minutes of the scheduled start time ofthe short-handed match, this player is deemed ineligible to play, and the bottom singles, doubles, andmixed doubles (if applicable), will be defaulted.RAINED OUT MATCHES71. The referee (defined in point 4) is responsible for cancelling rained off matches.72. If 60% or more of the matches in each individual contest scheduled for that time are completed,the contest will be continued at a later date, to be played with the original players only.73. If fewer than 60% of the matches completed:- Points will be awarded at the conclusion of the round (i.e Pre Xmas (Round 1)/ Post Xmas (Round 2).- The number of points awarded will reflect the average points won per tie, per round.- Points will be rounded to the nearest whole number.Please note:- Each contest is decided individually and is not affected by the status of other contests in thesame grade.- If your match is rained out this must be recorded in the ‘Notes or Administrator’ box in theConfigureRanking system.WILSON AUSTRAILIAN OPEN BALL74. The Wilson Australian Open ball is the official ball of TCR and it must be used for all interclubcontests.75. Each team shall supply 50% of the required new balls for each tie, i.e. Premier – 3 pair per team.SHORT-HANDED TEAMS AND INCAPACITATION76. Notification of a shorthanded team is to be made to the captain of the opposing team, if it isknown before starting time that the team will be short.77. On the playing day if a team is shorthanded the responsibility for making alterations to theinterclub handbook sheet(s) lies with the short-handed team.78. In contests where the singles matches are played first, the full-handed team has the right,immediately after the singles games have been played, to alter its doubles and mixed doubles (ifapplicable) combinations from the order originally nominated in, should the absence of the late playeraffect the positioning of the short-handed doubles combinations.79. The captain of the full-handed team is not permitted under any circumstances to void the default(s)and play the match(es) if the late player arrives after the permitted times.80. When a team is more than one player short, the team will be defaulted and a fee will be enforced.81. Where a player is incapacitated through injury, illness or any other cause during a match, a048
