Vitocal 300-A<br />
Top technology for top performance<br />
The Vitocal 300-A is the first air source heat<br />
pump with digital scroll technology and an<br />
electronic bi-flow expansion valve. This<br />
means it achieves an extremely high COP<br />
value (coefficient of performance): 3.9 (at<br />
air 2 °C/water 35 °C), enabling exemplary<br />
high and seasonal performance factors, too.<br />
What's more, this makes the Vitocal 300-<br />
A particularly reliable where heat supply is<br />
concerned and very frugal when it comes to<br />
running costs.<br />
RCD system for an optimum heat pump<br />
operation<br />
RCD stands for Refrigerant Cycle Diagnostic<br />
system. It provides constant monitoring of<br />
the refrigerant circuit within the Vitocal 300-<br />
A and, in conjunction with the electronic<br />
expansion valve, ensures the highest level of<br />
efficiency at any operating point.<br />

Not only quiet at night<br />
Particularly quiet operation is ensured by a<br />
radial fan with variable speed control and a<br />
reduced fan speed for night operation.<br />

and circumstances concerning the installation<br />
of a heat pump are different from site to site.<br />
The range of accessories for the Vitocal 300-<br />
A is both flexible and comprehensive<br />
enough to meet these challenges. Subject<br />
to requirement, the heat pump can be<br />
supplied fully equipped. This means the HE<br />
DC pump (Energy Label A), 3-way diverter<br />
valve and safety equipment have already<br />
been fully fitted. Even the modular electric<br />
instantaneous heating water heater can be<br />
easily integrated. Finally, <strong>Viessmann</strong> also<br />
offers the complete product range to meet<br />
the demands of any installation you require –<br />
inside or out.<br />
Monitor and control from wherever<br />
you are<br />
With the new control unit of the<br />
Vitocal 300-A, you can simply connect your<br />
heat pump to the Vitocom 100/300. This<br />
gives you the option of conveniently operating<br />
your heating system via your mobile phone if<br />
you wish.<br />
Cooling – no problem<br />
Thanks to its reversible operation, the<br />
Vitocal 300-A can also be used for cooling.<br />
Convectors or surface cooling systems with<br />
a cooling capacity of up to 9.4 kW give you<br />
the flexibility to make your living area even<br />
more pleasant.<br />
