This nursery will begin taking children in the first quarter of this year. It will employtrained childcare staff and it is hoped will be used by the 22 percent female staff working in the department.International good practice - <strong>The</strong> Delhi High Court’s Crèche Facilities for staff<strong>The</strong> Delhi High Court is planning <strong>to</strong> open a crèche for theday-care of women lawyers’ and employees’ childrenaged up <strong>to</strong> three years. Once this has been established,it is hoped that similar crèches will be set up in four trialcourts in different parts of the city <strong>to</strong> combat the lackof child care available <strong>to</strong> working mothers.
