SensoCardMANUFACTURER'S WARRANTY77 Elektronika Kft. warrants SensoCard blood glucose meter against defects in materialsand workmanship for a period of three years from the date of purchase. The warranty is lost ifthe instrument is misused, poorly maintained or is tampered with. Liability under this warrantyis limited to the repair of defective parts or – at the discretion of 77 Elektronika Kft. –to the replacement of the instrument. The right to rescind the purchase agreement exists onlyif the replacement is also found to be defective. Claims other than these will not be dealtwith.The warranty is not valid if the damage results from misuse, maltreatment, tampering, humanerror and the use of extreme.This warranty is valid only if the date, the stamp and the signature of the dealer are recordedon the warranty card on the date of purchase.The warranty period is not to be extended by any claim made under this warranty.54
