MaintenancePOSSIBLE DAMAGE TO THE DESKEnsure that there are no objects in the area of travel of the lifting column!Only components supplied by Steelcase Werndl AG may be fitted as spareparts. The use of other parts is subject to agreement by Steelcase WerndlAG.The stipulated maintenance and inspection intervals must be adhered to.Materials (e.g. lubricants) for servicing and maintenance must be collectedin suitable containers and disposed of in accordance with the regulations (inaccordance with EU-Regulation 75/439/EEC).8.2 Functional ControlsThe components of the TENARO desk should be inspected for good working order at regularintervals. Particular attention should be paid to the electric connections:INJURY THROUGH ELECTRICAL ENERGYMetallic parts of the desk may be live if there are damaged current carryingcables and connections.Therefore: Electrical appliances may not be earthed to the desk frame.42 Tenaro © 10/2004
