The pending request transfers have alsomaterialized for which we were frequently taking up the meetings with the Corporate management. Wehad also suggested the Regional Secretariat to have meeting with their Regional management anddiscuss the intra-region transfers. We are happy that where ever the Regional Secretariat met theRegional Management it has worked pretty well. While a major chunk of the pending request transfershas been disposed favorably, still some very crucial cases are pending which shall be done at the timeof TMP/ Promotional postings. We also reiterated our suggestion before the management not toimplement Transfer and Mobility Policy & Promotion Policy for the year 2012 until it is discussed withus as agreed at GIPSA level to revisit the same. We have been taking up various pending with GIPSAand a meeting between GIPSA & our Association is being scheduled shortly.Friends, in this hustle Bustle of of the promotion exercise and postings, some of the pending non coreissues had gone to the back stage but we never let them go out of our focus and kept on taking upthese matters with Ministry, GIPSA and concerned Authorities.
