As desired by you, we are sending you the suggesti<strong>on</strong>s as discussed during the meeting,for favourable incorporati<strong>on</strong> of the same in<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> the pay revisi<strong>on</strong>.1. Core <strong>Pay</strong> Package<strong>Pay</strong> Scales : Since the scales offered are much below the demand submitted by us throughCharter of Demand <strong>on</strong> 22.02.2008, we demand further improvement in the scales as under :1. Scale I Anomaly existing in the last pay revisi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> be taken care of.2. Higher start of the pay scales in scale I, II & III <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> take care of relativity fac<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>rbetween scale I <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> scale VII and the existing anomaly of scale I.3. Stagnati<strong>on</strong> increments should be merged in<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> the regular span up <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> scale III.4. Expansi<strong>on</strong> of the Existing scales by at least four stages for scale IV & above.5. Au<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g>matic Progressi<strong>on</strong> <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> next Scale <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> take care of stagnating officers.6. FPA <str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> be merged in<str<strong>on</strong>g>to</str<strong>on</strong>g> basic.7. HRA as demanded in our Charter of demand 30%, 20%, 10% without any ceiling andc<strong>on</strong>cept of metro should be based <strong>on</strong> populati<strong>on</strong> of 45 lacs.8. DA revisi<strong>on</strong> should be affected in the immediate subsequent m<strong>on</strong>th of the relevantquarter.9.
