All Ireland Traveller Health StudyMost respondents reported regular daily light housework (55.8% ROI and 31.8% NI) and there was astrong sex-related pattern, in that 45.1% of men in ROI and 46.1% in NI never did such work comparedto 6.2% of women in ROI and 13.7% in NI. Conversely, 28.6% of men in ROI and 12.0% in NI reporteddaily light housework, compared to 75.3% of women in ROI and 50.2% in NI.
