All Ireland Traveller Health StudyFour in ten respondents in ROI (40.3%) and 31.3% in NI reported eating fried food less than once perweek, with just 11.8% in ROI and 12.9% in NI reporting daily consumption. Men were more likely toconsume fried food frequently than women.
