This will be available for roll-out in 2003.Development plans, unauthorised development, commencement notices and objectionsare in development.(3.2.8) Electoral Register• Online registration on the electoral registerLGCSBUpdateAll Local Authorities have updated their internal databases to support this project.There are issues regarding the online application for Registration on the ElectoralRegister. The application requires to be authenticated by designated officers, e.g.Gardaí. Therefore a change in legislation is required before this facility can become areality.(3.2.9) Child BenefitSFA• Facility for online applications for Child Benefit involving improved integration withthe birth registration process and the updating of child dependant payments on socialwelfare schemes20
