He started his career in PARISBAS, and then joined theC&A group, where he was in charge of the Real Estate Portfolio. In 1997he founded Redevco France and has since then run and developed itsteadily. 1997: net asset value of portfolio 350 Million Euro 2007: netasset value of portfolio 1 billion Euro . Redevco is highly specialised inthe construction of new pedestrian shopping areas in town centres, aswell as retail parks and expansion to shopping centres. Mr Roche holdsa Master’s Degree in Public Law (Paris Sorbonne).Eckhard Rodemer worked in the financial industry for 27 years. Hismain responsibilities were in leading positions in real estate financing.In 2005, he took over as CEO of IMW AG, a German real estateinvestment company. His main achievement has been the acquisitionof a large residential portfolio in Berlin in 2005. He is now growing thecompany to one of the leading real estate investors with the focus onresidential units. In the period from 2005 to now, the company hasgrown his balance sheet from around 8 Mio. to 478 Mio. Euro . (Industrial Economics) degree from Helsinki Universityof Technology.Will Rowson is Chief Investment Officer of ING REIM, Chairman of theEuropean Investment Committee and member of REIM Europe Board.He joined ING in 2003 as Director of European Separate Accounts. Since2005, he has been leading the ING Real Estate Investment ManagementTransaction Team in Continental Europe from the Europeanheadquarters the Netherlands. Prior to joining ING, he worked forseveral large British real-estate and capital companies. He holds anHonours Degree in Estate Management from Bristol Polytechnic and isa member of RICS. He has over 20 years of real estate experience.
