Capacity building continues to be the National Bank of Cambodia top priority. TheNational Bank of Cambodia recognizes the need to have sufficient human resources inplace and the time needed to build the right skills and expertise. Institutionalized thecapacity building program, in this context, is a priority in order to improve and optimizethe quality and qualification of our human resources.7. ConclusionVulnerabilities within the banking sector remains at manageable level despite someconcerns on credit and liquidity risk.
