LIBRARIESThe Squire <strong>Law</strong> LibraryIntroductionThe Squire <strong>Law</strong> Library was founded in 1904 and is part <strong>of</strong> <strong>Cambridge</strong> <strong>University</strong> Library. Itoccupies <strong>the</strong> first, second and third floors <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>Law</strong> <strong>Faculty</strong> Building, and houses <strong>the</strong>principal law collection <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> <strong>University</strong> <strong>of</strong> <strong>Cambridge</strong>. One <strong>of</strong> <strong>the</strong> major law libraries in <strong>the</strong>Commonwealth, it contains over 180,000 volumes, and provides excellent electronicresearch facilities, including <strong>the</strong> Freshfields Legal IT Centre.
