STROLLER STRIDES
Stroller Strides® is a pre & post natal fitness program designed for moms
with stroller age children. The total body workout combines a fitness walk
with the stroller, and body toning intervals using the stroller and exercise
tubing (provided). This stroller based workout addresses new mom’s exercise
needs in a fun and refreshing format and is a great way to get back in
shape while having fun with your baby and meeting new moms. Stroller
Strides® is designed for all fitness levels. All strollers except umbrella strollers
will work fine. Please bring a towel or mat for floor work, water, sunglasses/sunscreen
and a toy/book for your baby. Try your first class free.

STRETCHING THE MIND, STRETCHING THE BODY
Are you interested in reducing stress, the pain of Arthritis, Fibromyalgia,
Lymphedema and your back pain? Would you like to increase flexibility, reduce
osteoporosis symptoms, lose weight, enhance breathing, and develop
better balance? The class consists of light Tai Chi & Yoga stretches, deep
breathing exercises and progressive relaxation. You will be lead through a
unique integrated approach to both mind and body wellness. Moves will
be done on your towel or mat, standing up or sitting in a chair. MAKE THIS
YOuR FIRST STEP ON THE ROAD TO WELLNESS! Facilitator has over 20 years
experience in Life Coaching, gentle stretching instruction and is a trained

KANGAROO KIDS (a Mommy & Me Program)
In this class we’ll hop from one fun activity to the next while preparing
your child for preschool. Highlights include painting, gluing, clay and design
ART PROJECTS, interactive singing & movement SONGS, imaginative
acting & role playing DRAMATICS and STORY TIME. Instructor has a degree
in early childhood education and has spent over 17 years refining this
developmentally appropriate educational program. A favorite of Moms

G.L.A.M. (Girls Learning About Manners)
G.L.A.M. is a unique and entertaining etiquette program designed for girls
ages 7-12. This program teaches manners, poise and effective communication
that empowers children to achieve their maximum potential. Through
child-friendly themes and interactive activities, participants will be able to
learn etiquette and manners in a fun and creative way. Instructor is a Licensed
Clinical Psychotherapist with more than 12 years of post-graduate

MIND LAB (Education is Child’s Play)
Mind Lab offers children from the age of 4-14 the opportunity to discover
and develop essential skills. The process begins with game playing! using
specially selected strategy games from around the world, the carefully
planned, yet fun-packed classes captures children’s attention and systematically
helps them to develop crucial thinking skills, life skills and personal
qualities. Taught in a series of three stages, the Mind Lab Method has been
used in over 25 countries to improve thinking skills. Fundamentals such as
strategy, problem solving, decision making, teamwork, losing, communication

ITALIAN FOR CHILDREN & FAMILIES
Ages 3 and up (including parents)
This class is designed for families who would like to learn basic Italian.
Topics covered are the alphabet, numbers, colors, and introductions, bits
of culture, children’s songs, basic vocabulary, and some simple conversational
skills. Learning Italian as a family unit is a fun way to connect with
or keep in touch with your Italian heritage. There is a $25 materials fee
payable to the instructor any time before the first class for an Italian workbook
