REGISTRATION
Registration for RETURNING TEAMS will be held the week of November 2,
6-10pm at Patch Reef Park Softball Press Box.
Registration for NEW TEAMS will be held Tuesday, November 9, 7-8pm at
the Patch Reef Community Center located at 2000 Yamato Rd, Boca Raton.

TO REGISTER FOR THE SKATE PARK:
• Participant must be a least 5 years of age at the time of registration.
• Individuals under 18 years of age must be registered
by his/her parent or legal guardian.
• All individuals must provide proof of date of birth.
• If claiming resident status, proof must be shown.
• Waiver of liability must be signed.
• All skaters must have on a securely strapped helmet while on the skating
surface
• Wrist guards, elbow pads, and a mouth guard are highly recommended.
