Access in this context means a way of creating new or changingexisting parameter values. Figure 9 shows the items contained in the Window menufor simulation mode. In trial mode the Scenario Setup and Induced MotionPlot are not valid and therefore are not selectable.Figure 9: The Display Panel showing the Window pull-down menu.9.1.3.1 Signal SetupThe radar’s signal is characterised by a set of parameters that can be specified usingthis window.9.1.3.2 Scenario SetupFor simulations, the Scenario Setup window is used to describe the target andradar motions.9.1.3.3 Induced Motion PlotA plot of the induced motion (roll, pitch and yaw) used for simulations can bedisplayed by selecting this item.9.1.3.4 Classification AidOnce an ISAR image has been generated by processing either simulated or real data,the Classification Aid window can be invoked. This tool allows image featuresto be extracted and compared with a database in an attempt to classify the target. Theclassification aid is described in Section 13.28
