WARRANTYGME ELECTROPHONE limit this warranty to theoriginal purchaser of the equipment.GME ELECTROPHONE warrant the GX600 to befree from defects in material and workmanship fora period of twelve (12) months from the date ofpurchase from their authorised dealer.Should the product require servicing during thisperiod, all labour and parts used to effect repairs willbe supplied free of charge. GME ELECTROPHONEreserve the right to determine whether damage hasbeen occasioned by accident, misuse or improperinstallation whereby the warranty would be void,including equipment which has been damageddue to:GME ELECTROPHONE AFTER SALES SERVICEYour ELECTROPHONE transceiver is especiallydesigned for the environment encountered in marineinstallations. The use of all solid state circuitry,careful design and rigorous testing, result in highreliability. Should failure occur however, GMEELECTROPHONE maintain a fully equipped servicefacility and spare parts stock to meet the customer’srequirements long after expiry of the warranty period.(a)(b)(c)(d)Incorrect or reverse polarity connection toa battery or power supply or to an incorrectsupply voltage.Operation without an antenna or byconnection to an antenna which has beenincorrectly installed, resulting in damage to thetransceiver’s output circuit.Effects of water or moisture penetration.Non-factory modifications.Procedure to be followed by claimant: In the eventof a defect occurring during the warranty period,the original Purchaser may return the defectiveunit along with suitable proof of purchase date(i.e. receipt, docket, credit card slip etc.) and afull description of the defect to the Dealer fromwhom the unit was purchased.
