A Grand Tasting features locally handcrafted smallproduction wines with limited distribution, bountiful food, artistsshowcasing one-of-a-kind art, and hands-on workshops of cheesemaking, fermentation and butchering. A “Golden Ticket” auctionculminating with a Harvest Dinner at John <strong>As</strong>h & Co., with a familystylemenu prepared by Chef Tom Schmidt, concludes this 4thannual event that is a must for locals and guests from near and far.Artisano grand tasting – Saturday, November 17the Event Center at Vintners inn from 12-4pmThe Grand Tasting allows guests to sample and discover localartisan ultra-premium wines rarely available to the general public.Small plates from renowned restaurants featuring locally raised meatand produce will be offered, complemented by local artisan cheeses,charcuterie, chocolates and other culinary delights from gourmetartisan food producers. Original works of art from several of theregion’s premier artists will be available for sale, and hands-on foodworkshops with local chefs will add to the festivities.
