Wasthe solution able to produce electionresults efficiently?• Tabulation of Results — How effectivelydid the process of transfer/transmissionof results from the electronic votingor counting system to the centralcount tabulation take place? Did theprocedures adequately provide forthe process? Could they have beenimproved in any way? How did theresults tabulation software perform?Were there improvements in the speed,accuracy and quality of results tabulationprocedures and outputs?• Manual Audit — How well did the audittrail function? How easy was it to manuallycount the audit trails? Was the audit trailkept in a way that the secrecy of the votewas maintained both during voting and themanual count of the audit trail?• Electoral Roll — If the electronic voting orcounting solution included an electronicversion of the electoral roll, how smoothwas the process of identification andverification? Was the process faster orslower than using a paper voter list? Wasenfranchisement increased/decreased?Were there fewer or more challenges tovoter identity by political agents than incomparable previous elections or otherpolling locations?• Logistics — To what extent did thelogistical plan for distribution, security,retrieval and storage of the electronicvoting or counting hardware and auditmechanisms hold up? Were thereunforeseen problems with breakage,batteries, theft, maintenance, etc.?Was the manpower sufficient inquantity and quality?• Security — Were the security measuresrelated to the use of the electronicvoting and counting technology seenas sufficient to protect the integrity andaccuracy of the process? Are thererecommendations for improvements inthese security measures for the futureimplementation of such technology?• Observation of the Process — Whatwere the opinions of observers andcandidate/party agents about the useof the electronic voting or countingtechnology? Did observers and agentsbelieve that the technology improved theprocess of balloting and counting? Wereobservers and agents able to observekey aspects of the process whereelectronic technologies were used?
