Then, write thecodes in this guide.ProblemThere’s no dialtone.Solution1 Check with your System Manager to be sure your voiceterminal is administered correctly.2 Make sure that the handset and line cords at your voiceterminal are securely connected at both ends.3 Find a working voice terminal of the same type as yourown. Unplug this voice terminal from its modular walljack. Plug your voice terminal into that jack and checkif it gets dial tone.4 If your voice terminal still does not work, plug theworking voice terminal (of the same type) into yourmodular wall jack. If the working voice terminal hasdial tone, your own voice terminal is faulty. See yourSystem Manager.20
