Product dataYTONG VHP partition wall panelsProduct descriptionThe YTONG panels type G4/600and type G5/800 are prefabricatedand made of autoclaved aeratedconcrete (AAC). The panels areprovided with a reinforcement(for non structural purposes) forhandling during transport. For thispurpose each panel is containingreinforcing bars (steel bars Ø4 mm with ribbed profile) in thelongitudinal direction. In the crosssection of the panel the bars arepositioned in the centre.CompositionRaw material: a mixture of cementand/or lime and ground silicasand. This is then mixed with waterand a small quantity of aluminiumpowder. The mixture in poured intomoulds into which the reinforcingbars have been pre-positioned.After the mass has risen and stiffendit is cut to the required sizeand then placed into an autoclaveto be hardend.
