ORDINARY COUNCIL MINUTES – 26 MAY 2010 - 11 -BackgroundMany years ago the Shire acquired the Aquaculture Fish Pen for the purpose ofturning it into a Sea Swimming Pool. However, because of safety issues the facilitywas never used.
