::10::to the IG/DIG/ Commandant of respective ITBP units or representative with all necessarysupporting vouchers within 15 days of decision on being given.iii) My/our security deposit or any balance thereof remaining at the end of the contract shallbe returned to me/us until my/our account has been finally audited and settled and until I/we haveexecuted the usual ‘No Demand’.17. In the event of withdrawal (or reduction in the number) and consequent ceasing of ourreduction in demand, I /we shall not entitle to any compensation. The officer sanctions thecontract or the officer operating the contract will however make responsible endeavors to give ofany impending complete withdraw or of any reduction seriously effecting quantities likely to berequired under the contract.18. I/We acknowledged that I /We have made myself/ourselves fully acquainted withall the conditions and circumstances under which the supplies required under the contract willhave to be made or furnished and with the form clause and I/We shall not plead ignorance at theany of these as excuse in case of complaint against of rejection of supplies tendered by me/us orwith a view either asking for enhancement of any rates agreed in the contract or to evading any ofmy/our obligation under the contract.19. (a) Any deposit of difference rising in the interpretation of provisions of contractsettlement of which is not herein force provided for shall be referred to the sole arbitration of theofficer sanctioning the contract or this successor in office or of any person nominated by theGovt.(b)The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding of both the parties.(c) A demand for arbitration shall be writing and made within three months from the date oftermination of the contract. The date of the termination of contract shall mean and include:-(i)The last of the delivery of goods according to the terms of contract.(ii) In case where the contract is cancelled wholly or partly, the date when the letter ofcancellation is issued.(iii) Subject as aforesaid the arbitration act 1940 or any statutory modification ofcancellation thereof for the time being in force or any rules made there under apply to thearbitration proceedings under this clause.20.
