Supply is on credit basis and payment will be made within 30 to 45 days from the receiptsof stores.8. Supply will be made within 15 to 20 days from the receipt of the firm order and storesshould match the samples.9. Inspection of the stores will be carried out at respective Battalions locations by Unitsrepresentatives in the presence of the supplier. The supplier will be responsible to make up forenroute breakages / Leakage etc.10. Validity of rates for the supply of liquor will be up to 31.03.12 from the date of acceptingoffers which can be terminated any time at the discretion of accepting authority. The offer can beextended if the accepting authority so desires in consultation with the supplier.11. Units will be free to choose any brand they like out of approved offers/rates.12. Conditional bids are not acceptable on any ground.13. Incomplete tender will be rejected without assigning any reason.14.
