::4::d) Govt. security including post office Cash Certificate, National Savingcertificate and National Plan Certificates.2) The depositor should agree in writing to undertake any risk involved in theinvestment.3) The bank should agree that on receipt of a signed Treasury Challan andwithdrawal order from the pledges in respect of the depositor any part thereof it will at theamount specified into the nearest treasury along with the Challan and send Treasuryreceipt to the pledges.4) The responsibilities of the pledges in connection with deposit and the interest in itwill cease when issues a final withdrawal order to the depositor and send intimation to thebank that has done so.8. The earnest money of such successful tenders will be returned as soon as the securitydeposit has furnished unless it will be used as part of the security. The earnest money ofunsuccessful tenderer unless forfeited under clause 9 below will be returned immediately afterrejection of the tender.9. The tenderer shall hold the offer open up to and including the period mentioned in para ofthe tender and schedule it is understood that the tender documents have been sold/issued to thetenderer and the tenderer is being permitted in consideration of the stipulation on his part thatafter submitted his tender he will not resist from this office or modify the term and conditionthereof. Should the tenderer fail to observe and comply with the foregoing stipulation the earnestmoney shall be forfeited to the Govt. without prejudices to any other rights of the Govt. underthis contract and laws. The earnest money shall also be liable to be forfeited in full, if thetenderer fails to furnish security deposit by the due date. No interest will be payable on theamount of the earnest money in any case, no cognizance will be taken of any communicationrelating to withdrawal. Revocation or amendment to this tender is already submitted exceptwhen it is the form of a letter duly signed by the tenderer, if the tenderer is an individual, but allthe partners of the firm of tenderer of their duly accredited attorney if the tenderer are a partnerfirm and by the person having express authority in the case of a limited company which shouldreach the office of the DIG(Tezpur) ITBPF, PO- CHARDUWAR, DISTT: SONITPUR(ASSAM) before the last date prescribed for the submission of the sealed tender.10. Tender that does not comply with the above conditions are likely to be rejected on thatground.11. The approval or rejection of tender in part or whole vests with the DIG(TEZPUR)ITBPF, CHARDUAR, DISTT: SONITPUR (ASSAM) who reserves to himself the rights ofrejection any tender or any items in the tender without any cause assigned. Lowest tender willnot necessarily be accepted.12. The quantity stated in Schedule are approximate requirements and only given as roughguide and no claim for compensation will be made or entertained in case these quantity areoverdrawn or under drawn. The entire indent must be complied with at the contract rateswhether the quantity demanded therein is within excess of the said approximate requirements.13.
